Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges, Contact me within: 3 days of delivery 

Email me at Giovanna@jaspidstudio.com Once I confirm your request, please return the item within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange.

(Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer)
**NO Refund or Exchanges on Custom orders, Sale items and Rush orders!! ***

Please note that any item returned must be received on its original packaging and without stains, dander, damages etc.


*U.S CUSTOMERS: Your order will be processed and mailed via USPS or Fedex within 3-5 business days.
We mail First Class or Priority depending on weight. Delivery tracking and confirmation is included on all confirmed addresses. If you would like a signature required confirmation please let me know.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ship via USPS First class or Priority Mail. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient/customer, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
I cannot ship pillow inserts international because of shipping and custom fees on large boxes. You can still purchase any pillow cover and it will be shipped in small envelope package.
